Hazel Theocharous, aged 36, quit fulltime work in order to spend more time with her family. She has since created her own concierge/lifestyle business that aims to help busy individuals improve their work/life balance. She is married to interior designer Aggi, and has one son, James.
Television presenter and model Chloe Maxwell, was discovered striding down a Sydney street in 1992 by the founder of Chic Models. Soon after this serendipitous encounter, Chloe began posing for Vogue magazine and became the face of fashion label Jeans West. Chloe has since gone on to appear on radio and TV. Her latest role is as a mum to baby son Maxwell.

Following 18 years in IT, Roxanne Elliott set up Jobworx in 1998, a recruitment company specialising in IT placements that she manages with husband Mark. Roxanne took time out from the business in 2000 to give birth to Nina. But when it came to returning to work, Roxanne was frustrated by her attempts to find childcare for her daughter. And so began CareforKids.com.au, a company created by the Elliotts that aims to assist parents in finding childcare services anywhere in Australia.
