Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Pinch Salt
- 45gr Melted Butter
- 1tbls CSR Organic Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
- 20mls Vanilla
Method:
- Heat oven to 220C
- Mix all dry ingredients; make a well and add all other ingredients.
- Combine until soft dough is formed. Add a little more flour if necessary and knead until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Gently roll out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness and use a scone cutter or cut freeform squares to save time.
- Put on baking tray and brush with a little milk.
- Bake in oven for approx 15 minutes.
