Ingredients:
- 250g Plain flour
- 1/2 litre milk
- 3 eggs
- 50g CSR Smart white sugar blend
- Pinch salt
- 40ml Vanilla
- Butter/ margarine for cooking
Method:
- Mix all dry ingredients and make a well.
- Add eggs and start whisking and blending eggs & flour then gradually add milk and vanilla to make a thin batter.
- Do not over mix but make sure there are no lumps; leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Cook in a nonstick crepe pan with a little butter or margarine
- Serve with lemon and sugar or jam and ice cream.
