Ingredients:
- 1 cup SR Flour
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 120 grams butter or margarine (6 x 20 gram tablespoons)
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 tablespoon syrup
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180C
- Place flour, coconut and sugar in a bowl
- Rub in butter with finger tips until like fine breadcrumbs
- Add rolled oats. Mix well.
- Make a well in the centre, add syrup and boiling water
- Place in lightly greased slice tray
- Cook for 15 minutes until golden brown
